on the principle of providing an affordable alternative for logistics

Sharlene Chesnes
Executive Vice President and Chairman of the Board
Prior to her involvement as a major shareholder
of InterChez Logistics Systems, Inc., Chesnes held senior level
positions in both for-profit and non-profit business sectors. In
various leadership positions she has been responsible for growth
and development by establishing core sales and operational functions.
A graduate of Kent State University, Chesnes continues
to reach out to the community active in many fundraising activities
and
chairs fund raising committees for the local school district.
Sharlene is the recipient of multiple community service and leadership
awards
including Governors Famous Hispanic Award, and the People to
People Leadership Award.
Mark Chesnes
President and CEO
Prior to founding InterChez Logistics,
Chesnes held senior level positions within the transportation and
logistics industry. In various leadership positions, he has been
responsible for growth and development of NTE, FedEx Global Logistics,
Leaseway Transportation, and Matlack, Inc.
A graduate of Cleveland State University, Chesnes
began his career at the Standard Oil Corporation of Ohio. He is
also active with various professional groups.
Chesnes, and wife Sharlene, reside in Northeast Ohio
with their five children.

David Hadley
Chief Financial Officer
A certified public account with over 20 years of
banking, corporate, and public accounting experience. Hadley's background
includes operations management, financial reporting, tax compliance,
product development, and senior management responsibility for business
line profit growth.
Hadley is a graduate of the University of Akron and
member of various professional organizations including service on
business advisory boards.

John Wright
Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining InterChez, Wright served as Director of Logistics for Collins & Aikman
where he was responsible for North American Logistics, Customs and Package Engineering.
Wright has held various sales, operations and consulting positions for Delphi Automotive Systems,
NTE, Manugistics and Ryder Integrated Logistics.
