Value: Document and perform a repeatable RFQ process to identify providers that meet customer requirements and design
EXECUTE
Objective: Collaboratively implement solution(s) design and source activity results.
Process: Build detailed project plan -> Assign action team -> Communicate plan -> Pilot plan Formal -> implementation -> Systematize processes -> Measure and improve
Value: Validated operations that deliver immediate value without disruption to the customer's business
CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE
Objective: Validate the design, source, and execution of solutions over time.
Process: Baseline operations -> Establish prioritized Key Performance Indicators -> Capture pertinent data -> Report regularly -> Modify activities and behaviors to improve performance
